John's Story

As a young man, he attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK, where he studied Health and Exercise Science in his undergraduate degree program. John went on to obtain his graduate education at OU studying Adult and Higher Education.

At the recommendation of a professor, John decided to change his emphasis from the pre-med to education. John became an educator and began studying motivation, memory retention techniques, adult learning philosophy, leadership and training program development. It was then he started to appreciate the importance of serving others and laying the foundation for success principles he would put into practice later in life.

John remains a student of leadership and has enjoyed considerable success in part through his unrivaled work ethic and ability to inspire others with his dynamic presentations. Over the years, he has been involved in many strategic discussions that have helped organizations define their Mission, Vision and Culture.

John's strong desire to help others get to where they are going, has led him to share inspirational and performance strategies live and online. John thoroughly enjoys engaging with his followers and is active on several social media platforms where his posts help everyday leaders navigate life’s daily challenges.

John remains humble about his good fortune, attributing his success to his faith in God, his mentors, and the lessons he learned growing up around family.

In his free time, John is an avid golfer, runner and loves spending time with his kids and grandbaby. He and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of three children.
